New Hope Urgent Care offers individuals the option to "walk-in". So no, it's not necessary to make an appointment, but it is highly encouraged to reduce wait time.

Since New Hope Urgent Care does give the option for patients to "walk-in", the wait time will vary depending on the number of patients present in the clinic. Our policy is to see patients within 30 minutes of check-in. You can schedule an appointment to reduce your wait time.
